We are launching a new service for patients to use to contact us. It is only for non-urgent routine matters – so please don’t use it for anything that needs help in the next two days.
Whilst in time we may want patients to use it for wider things, at the moment, whilst we ensure we have everything set up correctly and to ensure we protect the continuity you get from your registered GP, we only want you to use it for administrative things like sick notes.
So, if you need a repeat sick/fit note, you can use this new service to send a message to your GP – rather than call reception to request one, as you do now.
