A free Smokefree app has been launched to help Somerset residents quit smoking, as part of the ambition to support around 45,000 people to stop by 2030. The app provides flexible, on-demand support you can use at a time and pace that suits you— including alongside existing clinical support and referral pathways.

The app offers personalised quit plans, daily motivation and craving tips, progress tracking, 24/7 chat support from trained advisers, and access to stop smoking aids including nicotine replacement therapy and vapes. It is particularly well suited if prefer to quit independently, cannot attend face-to-face sessions, or want additional support between appointments.

You can download the app directly at link.smokefreeapp.com/somersetcomms or watch a short overview at youtu.be/WF8CmC7WHCw

If you prefer additional one-to-one support, visit smokefreesomerset.org.uk or call 01823 356222.
