We appreciate it can be more difficult to get in during icy and snowy weather so, please call to rearrange your appointment if you are not happy to travel in and your problem can wait. Alternatively, consider a telephone consultation.
Please appreciate that it is often hard for all of our team to get in to the surgery too, and so we try to maximise appointment time by reducing the number of home visits. So, unless you have an urgent medical need for a home visit during the bad weather we will either ask to attend the surgery or wait until next week when the weather improves.
