NEW course – 10 Footsteps approach for Living well with pain – Bridgwater April 2026
We will be discovering more about where our pain originates, and how it can be managed and overcome for a better quality of life. Based on tried and proven strategies from the Live Well With Pain team.
Sessions will involve a mixture of workshops, where we build tools and habits that fit your life and priorities; and activities designed to promote health and wellbeing while being accessible for individuals with pain or restricted mobility.
You will get the opportunity to try a number of safe and appropriate social and movement based activities provided by our coaching team and local instructors. This course runs for 6 consecutive weeks.
The group is run by the SASP Health and Wellbeing Coach team in partnership with the Bridgwater PCN. Your facilitator will be SJ Dowding.
We will be at the Victoria Park Community Centre, car park onsite.
