A total of 347 patients provided feedback through the Friends and Family Test this month.

Overall satisfaction therefore remains exceptionally high, with over 90% of respondents indicating they are “extremely likely” or “likely” to recommend East Quay Medical Centre to their friends and family.

Feedback this month was overwhelmingly positive, with patients repeatedly describing the practice as friendly, professional, caring, efficient, and well-organised. Many expressed long-term loyalty, stating they have been with East Quay for decades and have consistently received first-class care.

Patients also demonstrated understanding of the wider NHS pressures, often noting that any frustrations about waiting times are systemic rather than a reflection on the staff or practice itself.
