Having blood tests? Use this sheet to know what you have had and when to call for results

We ask all patients to look online or call for their results (unless there is a planned appointment in place to follow-up already).

You should be given the sheet below when blood tests etc are taken, to help ensure you get the result of each test back. This is important as some come back at different times and it may be that the last one back is the one that is abnormal.
