Open Mental Health (OMH) offers continuous mental health support to the public during the holiday season through Mindline Somerset 24/7 and Crisis Safe Space services.
• Mindline Somerset 24/7 support: Mindline Somerset is open 24 hours a day on 01823 276892 or freephone 0800 138 1692 for mental health support, providing a safe space to talk and get help anytime.
• Crisis Safe Space appointments: Crisis Safe Space offers out-of-hours appointments for those in severe mental distress, providing a supportive environment for one-to-one sessions with trained team members. Crisis Safe Spaces opening hours over the festive season are:
o Monday 23 December: Face-to-face sessions in Glastonbury, Taunton, Yeovil and Bridgwater from 6pm until 11pm.
o Tuesday 24 December: Remote service Somerset wide (6pm – 11pm).
o Wednesday 25 December: Remote service (reduced availability, min 4 appointments via 2 locations).
o Friday 27 December – Wednesday 1 January: Remote service Somerset wide (6pm – 11pm).
