Following on from an idea from the patient group, we now have a new way to cancel your appointment!
Now you can call 01278440411 to leave a message to cancel an appointment. Don’t use this service if you need to rebook at the same time. Please call, wait for the message and then leave your name, date of birth, and the date and time of your appointment, and who it is with. We will then cancel it for you.
We move to a new text reminder service for appointments from1 October. This will give reminders for all our appointments, and give the date, time and Clinician. You can cancel using the link on your reminder.

We hope that with all these ways, it is quick and easy to cancel your appointment if you no longer need it. Then it is free for another patient to book!
