The Diabetes Prevention Service now has a Tailored Remote Service (TRS).

The TRS programme is delivered via online sessions on MS Teams, with specific groups to support the following cohorts:

Patients with a history of Gestational Diabetes

With around 50% of these patients developing Type 2 Diabetes within 5-10 years post-partum, we run specialist online groups for this high-risk cohort. Patients can self-refer online. For more information visit: https://preventing-diabetes.co.uk/gestational-diabetes/

Polish Speakers: We have a new online group offering in Polish, starting on Tuesday 4th November at 5.45pm. If patients would like to learn more about the programme, we will also be holding online patient information sessions in Polish on 23rd September and 7th October at 5pm.
