At East Quay, we always look to continually improve our care and service and it is important to us to support our patients, staff and wider colleagues. So, this project built on many years of work we have already done. It asked us to focus on five aspects of safety – from being open and honest, working with patients, sharing learning with other care providers and supporting our team.
