MYTH BUST #2 – “WEARING A PAD WHEN I GO FOR A RUN? IT’S NORMAL AFTER CHILDBIRTH”  NO! Leaking during exercise is common but not normal, even if you haven’t given birth. You can do something about it

MYTH BUST #3 – “SEX IS PAINFUL BUT IT IS NORMAL – I CAN’T GET HELP FOR THAT” YES YOU CAN! Sex should not hurt. Pain that keeps happening during or after sex is not normal and you can get help.
