About 80% of our prescriptions are now sent electronically from the practice to your nominated pharmacy. This dramatically reduces the number of prescriptions that are lost or delayed.
We recommend that everyone not currently signed up, consider doing this. It is really simple, all you do is tell the pharmacy you want to use, or tell us when you next call, and we can update your ‘primary nomination’. This then means when we order and authorise your prescription, it is sent to your pharmacy, rather relying on the green piece of paper.
You can change your pharmacy at any time too – just let us know when you order.
