Please allow a lot of time if you are coming to collect your prescription.

Please ensure you keep 2 metres away from the person in front of you in the queue.

Please be patient, they have huge volumes to process and have a number of staff absences. The team are working as hard and as long as they can to keep up.

Please avoid calling the medical centre to change your prescription if it is already in the system as it creates additional work and reduces the level of stock available and this will lead to further shortages across all pharmacies.
