Somerset’s new, publicly available health and wellbeing apps library

This website will support the public and the workforce in using and promoting approved apps.

This is an NHSE endorsed project, approved and funded for the first three years across the South-West. Somerset is the first CCG to be going live and will be working across the whole of the county including the voluntary sector to share this one solution that will help empower you to support your own health and wellbeing.

There are apps for everyone, from children to adults, at all stages of the health journey, whether informational, preventative or to support someone on a waiting list, with a long-term condition or post-discharge.
