Demand is starting to peak and we have a number of clinicians in isolation. They are able to work from home due to IT in place.
We will now speak to everyone on the phone if you need a GP. You will not be offered a face to face appointment unless agreed with the GP.
Inevitably we need to focus on urgent problems so if your problem can wait, please delay booking any appointment.
Finally, please be understanding. It is really difficult for everyone in the surgery at the moment and your kindness and patience is really important and valuable to us.
