As the 119 service is national, it can’t accommodate the local details and as a result incorrect messages and instructions can be given.

The home visits are in progress, with the county team organising these, there are a lot on the list but they will get to everyone. As all boosters are pfizer, they need the 15 minute observation and so this does mean they take longer. Those who are able to get to a vaccination centre may prefer to do this so that vaccination is given sooner.
