Christmas is often a time of indulgence and rest as you celebrate.
One of the best gifts you can give yourself is your own wellbeing. We ask everyone to consider starting 2022 by booking a session with our Health and Wellbeing coaches. They aren’t coaches in the ‘gym coach’ sense, but are skilled in helping you understand what lifestyle changes you would like to make, what is stopping you, and how to overcome them.
So, if you want to get out more, feel fitter, exercise more (not just the gym!), feel stronger, eat better, lose weight, make friends – they can help! They are funding by the NHS – so not cost at all to you, they are based in the GP surgeries, AND they know all the local services and support to make your goals a success!
