Want to change your appointment to a telephone appointment?

If you are concerned about coming into the surgery at the moment, we can do many appointments over the telephone.

Obviously not all can be done over the phone, but if you need to just discuss something with the GP or Nurse, rather than be examined or have blood taken etc, then you can call to swap it to a telephone call.

We are aware our telephones are bus at the moment so we have a temporary email you can use to swap (but not to book new appointments). Please email somccg.administration-eastquaymc@nhs.net

Please give your name, who the appointment is with, and on what day and time, and also a contact telephone number. Then we will swap it to a phone call for you instead.
